Temporary Practice Permits

Appraisers who hold a valid license in good standing in another state may apply for a Temporary Practice Permit (TPP) to perform a real property appraisal in California. Click here to review the Temporary Practice Permit application process.

BREA now offers online Temporary Practice Permits (TPP) for those who have had a TPP issued since July of 2012, and have a current Consent to Service of Process form on file with our Office.
